Hi, I’m Melissa
Certified Physiotherapist and rehabilitation specialist
I have been working as a Physiotherapist and rehabilitation specialist for 13 years and have many trusting patients which I have been able to help to improve their function and quality of life.
My belief is that prevention is better than cure when caring for your body through life's different stages. I teach prevention strategies to minimize pain and muscle/joint dysfunction and other conditions. I believe that prevention is best. If I can help patients when they most need it, in an environment that they are comfortable and relaxed they will benefit immensely.

Physiotherapy In Home
Specialised physiotherapy and rehabilitation in your home, or my home, whichever suits best.
In Home Physiotherapy provides patients with fundamental knowledge regarding their body and how it works.
​
For aged care and disability, I provide one-on-one physiotherapy including a progressive home exercise program, I educate my patients on safety. I also provide a falls prevention program based on NSW health standards.
For women’s heath patients I teach and provide a pelvic floor and core stabilization program
that is specific, functional, individual and progressive.
I understand the importance of good pelvic stability, thoracic mobility along with a good breathing pattern. I work with my patients to created a tailored and individual treatment based
on each specific need with care and professionalism.
